Yes, we have 2 options for window sills depending on your Budget and needs.
(Option 1) Lead Flashing.
When a window sill only has surface rot it is adequate to flash the window sills with lead sheet. This old-school technique has been used for decades and can increase the life of a window sill for 30-40 plus years. The main purpose is to cover the window sill to keep the weather off it. Lead Flashing installation is only done during the process of a standard service.
(Option 2) New Hardwood Sill.
When a window sill is past surface rot and completely gone, we can install a new Hardwood Window Sill. However this can be costly as the window sill is the foundation of a window, this is a labour-intensive process with hardwood and often requires the bullnose to be replaced as well.
